As a patient, I want to be able to receive emails if I choose when my orders are ready to be dispensed or mailed, to allow me visibility of my order status. Temporary fix in place, timing issue due to retrieving large amounts of data. BUG 392 - Users Orders Not Listing in Status Queues: Orders listed on the summary page of the labs and clinics are not listed in the status queues under order management. BUG 386 - Lab has LMS set to True on Administration Setup: If a lab has the LMS set to true, the submit button is missing under the tab Redirect/Reject. Bug 383 - Default Forwarding Comment for Forwarded Orders: As a Lab user, you should be able to view the default forwarding comment, "Lab X redirected order to Lab Y: Justification." on the DD Form 771 even after the order is checked-in and status has changed to "Lab Received Order". Orders will be routed based on which lab is able to make the order. ![]() SRTS 382 - Lab Selection: Clinics will no longer be able to select the lab. SRTS 381 - METC Training Environment completed. SRTS 250 - Coating Justification: Since the regulations require a justification for coating, and some clinics are forgetting to put it in, you will now be prompted for a justification when you select a coating. The Rx Date will default to the date of entry, but may be changed to the exact date the Rx was prescribed. ![]() SRTS 231 - Prescription Dates: Prescriptions will now have a date associated with them. Code was added so that the Topaz system authorization is accepted to log in. Topaz – The Topaz system was unable to login to SRTSWeb after the PIV authorization change. When an order is updated, it goes through the Lab Routing Process again and if needed, the lab is not being changed accordingly. CR 0060052 – Lab Assignment is not being maintained. CR SCR-F 0062278 FS 210 – In order to properly route patient directed orders, labs must designate whether they can receive patient directed orders. Fastest lab is determined by calculating the number of days to get to the order by dividing the work in progress (orders checked into a lab and not checked out) by the current capacity. Labs must have the appropriate forms available to process OCONUS orders. CONUS Orders will stay with CONUS labs that have opted into Patient-Directed Orders, while OCONUS Orders may go to either CONUS or OCONUS labs that have opted into Patient-Directed Orders. CR SCR-F 0062279 FS 209 – The system will use all available information to ensure that orders are sent to the fastest appropriate lab, so that the patient receives their eyewear as fast as possible. Lab Managers must also select PatientDirectedOrders in order to receive orders from JSPECS and G-Eyes. CR SCR-F 0062277 FS 208 – To properly route orders, the lab managers must enter their capacity, to ensure that the incoming workload is appropriate for the current Enterprise demand. Labs must use Mail-To-Patient in order to participate in Patient Directed Orders. There will be a patch soon to address this issue. Best practice for now is if you’d like to know total orders is to put it in the distribution comments. However, if your orders go to more than one lab, this may not be accurate. Then you can tell when you get two “C”s back that all the orders are ready for the patient. This information is useful if all your orders go to one lab. Best practice is to not batch/hold them, so just treat these as normal. “*4-2-C*”: There are two orders for this patient that will be sent back to the clinic. “*4-2-P*”: When you have two devices for this patient with this, you can mail to the patient. Any information the clinic has entered in that field when ordering will be AFTER this set of numbers. (C is “send to the clinic”, P is “mail to the patient”). The first number is all the orders that were received at the lab for a patient (with all distribution options), the second number is the number that have a particular distribution option (such as lab mail to patient, clinic mail to patient, or clinic distribution), and the final letter says what the distribution option is. This information is to let the lab know when all orders are ready to mail to a patient. At the beginning of the distribution comments field on the 771, you will see new information when it is printed out.
